This is specifically for a Holosun EPS or EPS Carry to be mounted to your CZ slides. This EPS specific cut has taller recoil lugs in the front, threaded recoil lugs for mounting, and fencing at the front and rear of the optic. These three things together make this cut the most secure RMSc footprint we've ever produced. The best part about it? If for any reason the threads are stripped and need to be repaired, the #4-40 threaded bosses can be removed and cut for a #6-32 screw and a M4 x0. 7 screw size after that. This gives the optic cut 3x the life in case anything bad happens to your slide.
Due to the above features, your optic will be required to be here at the time of the cutting. Each CZ slide will require a unique service. As of current, here's what you can expect for your slide model:
P10 S/C/F - Optic can only be cut in front of the OEM rear iron. There's not enough material for threads in order to remove the rear iron. Cut depth is 0.220" at the front of the pocket and can be shallower if requested.
P-01/SP-01 - This slide must be cut at a slight angle to accommodate for the optic MOA adjustment. You'll see approximately a 0.035" height difference from the front and rear of the cut. If you choose the cut to be in front of the factory rear iron, the front of the cut will have a depth of 0.200" allowing you to co-witness with your factory irons. If the optic cut is at the back of the slide (removing your factory iron), the cut depth will be 0.165". You do have the option for a Glock-style dovetail to be cut in front of the optic if you'd like.
When shipping your slide, send the complete upper assembly, including the barrel and recoil spring. This will allow us to verify the fit of the red-dot against the other components. If you send the slide with new iron sights, we'll install them for free. DO NOT SEND THE LOWER PART OF YOUR FRAME.
