Glock Optic Cut - Vortex Viper

This is for mounting an optic with the Vortex Viper footprint onto an applicable Glock®.

A Vortex Viper cut will be 0.125”  deep into the slide and 0.030” in front of the OEM rear iron sight position. The holes will be drilled and tapped for #6-32 or M4 x 0.7 screws. Depending on the width of the slide, the right screw hole may be drilled into the extractor spring bore, but will be reamed afterwards to ensure proper functionality of your extractor plunger/spring. With that said, if the red dot is removed for any reason once you receive it, note that one screw will be shorter than the other to ensure that there is proper  clearance for your extractor plunger/spring.

**Note** Due to the length of the Delta Point Pro footprint, the factory rear Iron position will need to be removed except for the Glock 20, 21, 29, 30, 36, 40, and 41.

When shipping your slide, send the complete upper assembly, minus the barrel and recoil spring. This will allow us to verify the fit of the red-dot against the other components (mainly the extractor depressor plunger). If you send the slide with new iron sights, we'll install them for free. DO NOT SEND THE LOWER PART OF YOUR FRAME.

Please send your red dot with your slide. From our experience, every red dot is a little unique. We want to ensure you get the best possible fit.

If black nitride is selected, know that this is an out of house process. Turn around time is out of your control, but the average turn around time is 4 weeks.
