This is for mounting a Holosun C-series optic (407C/507/C507Comp/508T) onto an applicable Glock®. The Holosun C-series optics use the RMR footprint.
A Low C-series cut to a depth of 0.170”, 0.045" deeper than a standard RMR footprint sight cut onto a Glock. It will be 0.050” in front of the OEM rear iron sight position. This will use threaded boss's that will be drilled and tapped for #4-40 screws, which will be provided. Depending on the width of the slide, the right screw hole may be drilled into the extractor spring bore, but will be reamed afterwards to ensure proper functionality of your extractor plunger/spring. With that said, if the red dot is removed for any reason once you receive it, note that one screw will be shorter than the other to ensure that there is proper clearance for your extractor plunger/spring.
Information about our Angry Bear Iron Sights can be found here: https://vigilantemachine.com/iron-sights/
When shipping your slide, send the complete upper assembly, minus the barrel and recoil spring. This will allow us to verify the fit of the red-dot against the other components (mainly the extractor depressor plunger). If you send the slide with new iron sights, we'll install them for free. DO NOT SEND THE LOWER PART OF YOUR FRAME.
Please send your red dot with your slide. From our experience, every red dot is a little unique. We want to ensure you get the best possible fit.
Check out our Shipping & Dropoff page for details on lead-time and how to ship items to us.
To keep things simple, we've chosen to use these cerakote colors:
If you'd like to see a different color, please select other and specify in the comments. There will be an upcharge for using a color outside of our standard color ways.
If black nitride is selected, know that this is an out of house process. Turn around time is out of your control, but the average turn around time is 4 weeks.
If you don't see the footprint or the firearm that you're looking for, please reach out. We are always looking to expand our options.

Absolute Perfection
I recently started taking advanced firearm training classes, and I wanted to use an optic for my classes (as they are pretty much superior to iron sights in pretty much every metric except for a few fringe scenarios in which they are equal). A few months before I committed to taking classes, I had purchased a Gen 5 Glock 17 that came with Factory Night Sights, but no MOS System. I really wanted to use my G17 in training so I decided to get the slide milled. This is absolutely my first time sending off my slide to get milled. I have other firearms with red dots, but those all came factory milled. The idea of sending out half of my firearm (which was brand new, never fired) really made me nervous. I searched countless reddit posts for the best place to get my slide milled. Vigilante Machine LLC came up multiple times across multiple threads. I decided to man up and commit to sending my slide out to get milled. I emailed Vigilante Machine and asked a few questions. Less than two hours later, I recieved a call in which they answered every question I had. They were polite, informative, and patient with my questions. I knew before I hung up that phone that I was going to do business with them. I placed my order the same night and mailed my slide away the next day. A few weeks later, I received a text from Vigilante informing me that my slide was completed and would be mailed the following day. They also included 4 or 5 pictures in the text messages that we were exchanging. I was very excited for my first firearm that got a custom optic cut to arrive back to me. When I received my slide back, I was absolutely blown away with the level of craftsmanship and skill. It looked absolutely amazing. Another great thing was that I could barely notice where they had cerakoted the part of my slide that got milled. As I stated, this was a brand new gun when I sent it out for milling. The Glock factory finish was in perfect condition and I really did not want to pay to have it recoated with Nitride. Vigilante Machine LLC offers to just cerakote just the part of the slide that is milled. This allows you to protect the metal of the slide without having to pay/wait for your entire slide to be recoated. This partial cerakoting was a major factor in my decision as it is relatively rare that companies offer it. Overall, I am extraordinarily satisfied with the work they did on my G17. I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Vigilante Machine LLC for all of your firearm milling work. Turnaround time with just the partial cerakoting was right around 3 weeks, which I was very happy with. Thank you so much for your amazing work and I will be returning to you when I need more slide work done!
