Warranty

All items manufactured by Vigilante Machine LLC are covered under a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery.

Slides

The warranty will cover the replacement or repair of the original item, to be determined by Vigilante Machine LLC. All slides are custom cut by Vigilante Machine LLC and if no damage has occurred to the slide, then the slide is non-refundable.

Manufactured Products

Vigilante Machine LLC will accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of delivery. Quality is all we know, but sometimes things slip through the cracks. If you find a defect or something you're not 100% satisfied with, let us know, and we'll make it right.

Job Shop Services

Vigilante Machine LLC job shop services will be on a "Per Project" basis. Unless discussed prior, all products will have a 1-week discretion period from the ship date. During the discretion period, please notify Vigilante Machine LLC AS SOON AS you notice an issue and we will work with you on a solution.

Merchant Items - Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there’s an issue, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility:

  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable, this is only pertaining to non custom made products (ie sights)

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

How to Request a Return:
Email us at drew@vigilantemachine.com or using the contact us page,with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return. We’ll respond with return instructions.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
We currently do not offer exchanges. You may return your item and place a new order.

Cancellation Policy

You may request changes to or cancellations of your order provided the order has not already been processed. Cancellations after the order is charged may be subject to a processing fee of up to 6%. This reflects the costs that Vigilante Machine LLC pays for merchant servicing fees. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Privacy & Safety

Vigilante Machine LLC will never sell or distribute your information. We are firm believers in keeping your identity as private as we can, so we will only collect enough information as needed to process orders. We use your financial data to verify your qualifications for certain products or services and to bill you.

By accessing and placing an order through this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  • You certify that all information provided during checkout is true, complete, and accurate.

  • You authorize Vigilante Machine LLC to charge your selected payment method for the full order total, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

  • You acknowledge that all orders are subject to verification and may be delayed or canceled if fraudulent activity is suspected.

  • You agree to comply with our posted Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Fraud Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Vigilante Machine LLC shall not be held liable for any loss, cost, or damage resulting from fraudulent or unauthorized use of any payment method. It is the sole responsibility of the cardholder to ensure the transaction is authorized and legitimate. By placing an order, the purchaser accepts full responsibility for any charges incurred.

Chargeback & Dispute Policy

Any disputes regarding billing, product condition, order accuracy, or claims of unauthorized transactions must be submitted directly to Vigilante Machine LLC within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. After this 14-day period, all sales are considered final, and the customer waives any right to dispute the transaction.

In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to provide all relevant documentation—billing details, tracking information, signed confirmations, IP logs, and communication records—to contest the claim.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including those flagged for unusual activity, suspected fraud, or violations of these terms.
