All slides are custom cut by Vigilante Machine LLC and if no damage has occurred to the slide, then the slide is non refundable.    Manufactured Products Vigilante Machine LLC will accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of delivery. Quality is all we know, but sometimes things slip through the cracks. If you find a defect or something you're not 100% satisfied with, <a title="let us know" href="mailto:drew@vigilantemachine.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener">let us know</a>, and we'll make it right.   Job Shop Services  Vigilante Machine LLC job shop services will be on a "Per Project" bases. Unless discussed prior, all products will will have a 1 week discretion period from the ship date. During the discretion period, please notify Vigilante Machine LLC AS SOON AS you notice an issue and we will work with you on a solution.              Merchant Items - Returns & Refunds We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there’s an issue, we’re here to help.
