Shipping

Please only ship the slide assembly AND optic, DO NOT SHIP THE LOWER PART OF YOUR FIREARM. The optic is needed to insure the best possible fit your money can buy. We will not be able to work on your slide without your optic.

Vigilante Machine is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Purchasing shipping insurance from the carrier is highly suggested. Please package your items responsibly, in a box, with padding, no bags please.

Return shipments will be shipped via UPS, return shipments will include $500 of insurance through UPS. If you would like to purchase additional return shipping insurance or signature delivery, you can do so here

UPS does not ship to PO boxes, please include physical address for return address.  

How to Place an Order

Select all options carefully and add to cart. Once you are satisfied with your cart, checkout and mail us your slide! If you'd like us to keep an eye on your shipment, please email us the tracking information at Drew@vigilantemachine.com - please do not expect a reply from this email unless you have additional questions.

Payment will be authorized when the order is placed.

*Note*
UPS may say this adress doesn't exist. I have a great relationship with our local UPS drivers, they know where my shop space is located (small town perks!). They are my preffered shipping service for our local area. Any items shipped USPS will be going to a P.O. Box.
 
If you have access to a scale and printer, you can get lower shipping rates with a website called www.pirateship.com
 

Do you accept drop-offs for locals?

Yes, please contact us prior to drop-off because we are not always at the shop and do not have a secure location for drop-off items outside. We require slide and optic to complete work, do not drop-off your slide without your optic.

If you are unhappy with any part of your service, please use the "contact us" page to let us know your situation and we will work with you. We strive to provide great service and product. 

 Shipping Policy

We ship orders Monday through Friday. Processing time is usually 1–3 business days.

Delivery Time: Shipping time varies by destination. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

Shipping Methods: We use USPS / UPS / FedEx, etc. with tracking provided. We use UPS for return shipping unless otherwise noted.

Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

Lost Packages: If your tracking says delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 3 business days.
