This is for mounting a Trijicon RMR/SRO onto an applicable Glock®. The Trijicon RMR, and SRO optics use the RMR footprint. THIS CUT IS NOT COMPATABLE WITH THE RCR. This is due to the screw type that the RCR requires. I currently haven't been able to source a #4-40 capstan screw that will allow for proper mounting of the RCR.
A low cut for an RMR footprint is cut to a depth of 0.170”, 0.045" deeper than a standard RMR footprint sight cut onto a Glock. It will be 0.050” in front of the OEM rear iron sight position. This will use threaded boss's that will be drilled and tapped for #4-40 screws, which will be provided. Depending on the width of the slide, the right screw hole may be drilled into the extractor spring bore, but will be reamed afterwards to ensure proper functionality of your extractor plunger/spring. With that said, if the red dot is removed for any reason once you receive it, note that one screw will be shorter than the other to ensure that there is proper clearance for your extractor plunger/spring.

When shipping your slide, send the complete upper assembly, minus the barrel and recoil spring. This will allow us to verify the fit of the red-dot against the other components (mainly the extractor depressor plunger). If you send the slide with new iron sights, we'll install them for free. DO NOT SEND THE LOWER PART OF YOUR FRAME.
Please send your red dot with your slide. From our experience, every red dot is a little unique. We want to ensure you get the best possible fit.
