This is for a Delta Point Pro cut on your CZ Slide. Your optic will be required at the time of milling to ensure you get the best service possible. Each Category of CZ slide will require a unique service. As of current, here's what you can expect for your slide model:
P-10 - The slide can be cut to a depth of 0.190" at the front of the pocket. It will require the rear iron to be removed, but there is enough room behind the old dovetail to have a Glock-style rear iron cut behind it. If you choose to run irons, you'll need a rear iron height of 0.420" and a front of 0.355" tall in order to get a lower 1/3 co-witness with a Vortex Defender XL. Though Angry Bear Arms doesn't have a set of irons for this yet, irons of this height can purchased from Dawson Precision.
75 Series (P-01, SP-01, etc) - This slide must be cut at a slight angle to accommodate for the optic MOA adjustment. You'll see approximately a 0.035" height difference from the front and rear of the cut. The rear iron must be removed, but a Glock-style dovetail can be added in front of the optic. You'll need a rear iron height of 0.250" and a front of 0.358" to get a lower 1/3 co-witness with a Vortex defender XL.
**NOTE** Due to the design of the iron sights, There is potential damaging the during removal. We'll do the best we can to protect the sights, but we will not be held responsible for replacing them if damaged. For the best possible service, Please include or inquire about getting some new ones installed at the same time.
If your slide is a Shadow 2, then you will need a Dawson Precision rear iron sight. Angry Bear Arms does not currently offer iron sights that will co-witness with this setup.
When shipping your slide, send the complete upper assembly, including the barrel and recoil spring. This will allow us to verify the fit of the red-dot against the other components. It also will allow me to boresight your optic FOR FREE. If you send the slide with new iron sights, we'll install them for free as well. DO NOT SEND THE LOWER PART OF YOUR FRAME.
Please send your red dot with your slide. From our experience, every red dot is a little unique. We want to ensure you get the best possible fit.
