Meet Drew & Katie

Drew is the founder and spirit behind Vigilante Machine. A jack of all trades, Drew grew up in Great Falls, MT. After high school, he joined the Air National Guard, serving 17 years in the Metals Technology shop, where he honed his skills in metal fabrication and machining. Drew went on to attend Montana State University (MSU), earning a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology. His career has included working with two start-ups focused on automation in machining processes.

Fueled by his passion for fabrication, machine work, and small business ownership, Drew founded Vigilante Machine with a vision to combine his love for precision engineering and outdoor sports. From mountain biking and four-wheeling to fishing, snowmobiling, and firearms, Drew is committed to growing Vigilante Machine into a business that not only excels in optic cutting and slide milling but also helps bring manufacturing back to the USA across multiple industries.

Katie, Drew’s wife and biggest supporter, is also along for this exciting business journey. A local Montanan with a mindset for business and entrepreneurship, Katie and Drew met during their time at MSU, and together they’re building something they both believe in.
